- Rankings cover the 166 countries in the report. World, regional and income aggregates are excluded from every ranking.

The country demonstrates its strongest performance in Goal 13 (Climate Action) and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), while scoring lowest on Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities). Since 2000, Ghana's overall progress has trended upward, with its index score increasing from 54.8 to 61.8. However, while many indicators show significant improvement, certain goals like Goal 10, Goal 11, Goal 14, and Goal 15 have experienced declines since the turn of the century.
