1. Self-Hosted Infrastructure Guarantee

SDG Country Profiles is an independently operated, fully self-hosted data portal. All Sustainable Development Goal indicator caches, published reports, country profiles, and search requests are processed and retained exclusively on our private self-hosted servers. Your data does not leave our secured perimeter for tracking, profiling, or monetization.

2. AI Features & Third-Party Processing (OpenRouter)

When available, our optional AI country narrative insights and trend syntheses are powered by language models accessed through OpenRouter.

When you view an AI-generated summary of a country's SDG progress, structured metric snapshots are dispatched to OpenRouter API endpoints for evaluation. No personal identifiers or account details are sent to OpenRouter. Use of AI features is subject to:

• Server Access Logs: Standard web server connection logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained temporarily for security and anomaly detection.
